This page says what the website collects, why, and how to have it deleted. It is short because the answer is short.
What you send us
The contact and referral forms ask for a name, email address, phone number and, optionally, a property address and a message. We use them to reply to you and, if you become a client or resident, to set up your account. We do not sell or rent this information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
What the site measures
The site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. These tools do not tell us who you are. Cloudflare's analytics use no cookies. You can block Google Analytics with a browser setting or extension and the site works the same.
Rental applications and portals
Applications, rent payments and maintenance requests run through our property management software, which has its own privacy terms shown when you use it. Screening reports are ordered only with your written consent as part of an application.
To see or delete your information
Email info@jcapitalpartners.com or call (847) 737-4800. Information that Illinois law requires us to keep, such as lease records, is kept for the required period and then destroyed.
