What we do
- Build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA.
- Use real headings, labels, landmarks and link text, so screen readers and keyboards work everywhere.
- Keep color contrast above the AA ratio and never use color alone to carry meaning.
- Respect your reduced-motion and reduced-transparency settings.
- Test every release with automated checks and a keyboard.
Third-party tools
The listings map, the application, and the owner and resident portals are provided by our property management and showing software. We choose vendors that publish accessibility commitments, and we can complete any of those steps for you by phone if a tool does not work for you.
