One Point Property Management pays real estate agents $250 for every door they refer that signs a management agreement, and $1000 when a referred portfolio of 5 or more doors signs. We manage the home and never sell real estate, so your client comes back to you for the next transaction.

Use the form below or call. Give us your client's name, number and the address, and tell them to expect a call from our office.

We meet your client
We explain the options, walk the home and give them a written rental analysis. If they sign, we take it from there.

You get paid, and you keep the client
A referral fee for every door once the home is leased. When your client is ready to sell or buy, they go back to you. We never list homes for sale.

Fees are paid after the management agreement is signed and the home is leased to a qualified resident. New clients only.
